ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of

L.D.A.A. LINE DANCE ASSOCIATION OF AUSTRALIA INC.

Is to be held at the

Tamworth Tennis Club,

Treloar Park, Napier Street, Tamworth

Saturday, 26th January, 2002

Light lunch at 12.30pm followed by the meeting at 1pm

It is proposed that the Meeting deals with the following:

Business:
    1. Acceptance of proxies
    2. Confirmation of the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting
    3. To receive a report from the Interim Committee including the Statement of Accounts and Balance Sheet.
    4. Election of Management Committee.
    5. Discussion – Public advertising for classes through councils, radio station and newspapers
    6. General Business
